When you shop for clothing at most stores, you can usually return something that doesn’t fit. Custom apparel is different. Every piece we print is made specifically for you, with your design, your name or your team’s logo. That’s why we don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Here’s why the policy exists, what’s covered if something goes wrong, and how we help you get it right the first time.
Why custom orders can’t be returned
Once a garment is printed with your design, it can’t be resold to anyone else. A hoodie with your rider name and number, or a tee with your company logo, only has one owner: you. Unlike a store-bought shirt that goes back on the rack, a returned custom piece has nowhere to go.
As a small local business, keeping this policy is how we keep our prices fair for everyone. Accepting returns on one-of-a-kind items would mean building that cost into every order.
What is covered: defective items
We stand behind our work. If your item arrives with a defect, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right. Examples include:
- A print that lifts, peels or cracks after the first wash when cared for as directed
- A misprint that doesn’t match your approved order
- A flaw in a garment we supplied
To make a claim, send us your order details and clear photos of the problem. We’ll review it and let you know the next steps.
How we help you get it right the first time
- Size charts on every product. Check the chart before ordering, and compare it to a shirt you already own that fits well.
- Design preview. Our Build Your Order tool shows your design on the garment before you add it to your cart.
- We review your artwork. We check every file before printing and let you know if something might not print well.
- Real people to answer questions. Not sure about a size, colour or placement? Ask before you order.
Before you order: a quick checklist
- Sizes checked against the size chart
- Names, numbers and spelling double-checked
- Garment colour confirmed
- Design placement reviewed in the preview
- Artwork is print-ready
Ordering for a group? Our team ordering guide includes a free size sheet that makes collecting sizes simple. And for help with your files, see How to Prepare Your Artwork for Printing.
Questions? Just ask
We’d much rather answer a question before you order than have you end up with something that isn’t right. Reach out anytime and we’ll help you choose with confidence.
